Plot booking and installment payment :
If you pay for a plot and later decide to cancel, you will not receive any refund of the amount paid. The paid amount will remain with the company.
In the future, if you choose to book a plot in any other project of the company, your previously deposited amount will be adjusted to the current rate of that new project. A new plot will be allotted accordingly.
Please do not request a refund, as it will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Legal document check & verification payment :
A fee of ₹100 to 500 is charged for the legal document check and verification service.
This amount covers administrative and processing costs and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the document verification.
By proceeding with the service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the ₹100 to 500 fee is final and non-reimbursable under any circumstances.
